Last week we taught the first half of the Career workshop to a group of about 10 people in a far away stake. When we returned only about 6 people were there. Despite the reduced numbers we went ahead and taught the rest of the CASP. Jozzi, our coworker, taught the bulk of the career workshop using her expertise as a professional consultor. As for Anders and I, we focused more of our attention on helping individuals with preparing Me in 30 seconds statements and leading the group dynamics. For instance, we did the dynamic of the human knot to show the importance of team work. At the beginning I was really worried that the group wouldn't be able to finish especially because people weren't cooperating. As soon as became clear that it was possible and that Anders or I wouldn't be helping in any way even the quiet ones began offering suggestions and finally was able to unravel the knot! After a very satisfying lunch we ended by giving each of the participants their certificates. Another career workshop gone by!
